At Jacob's Conceptstore, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not completely happy, you can exchange an item or receive store credit under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• Returns are only accepted with the original proof of purchase (receipt).
• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• The item must be in unworn, undamaged condition and still have all original labels or tags attached.
• Cash refunds are not possible. We only offer exchanges or store credit for the purchase amount.

Non-returnable Items

• Personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Items that are damaged or show clear signs of use are not eligible for return.

Procedure for Exchange or Return

1. Bring the item along with the original receipt to our store within the 14-day return period.
2. Our staff will verify if the item meets the return conditions.
3. You can choose another item immediately or receive store credit.
